I am the fifth blog on the hop and my special word is “here”. To participate to have a chance of winning the blog hop prize, you must leave a comment on my post and continue to the next blog to collect their special word.

The next blog on the hop is Krista.

For this card all of my supplies were purchased at DAT'S Scrapbooking our LSS in town. Here is what I used:

First I used Bo Bunny Welcome Home 6x6 paper pack and Stampin' Up Early Espresso and Very Vanilla Cardstock to create my card base.

I used C.C Designs Stamps and Momento Ink for my image. I then coloured it with my copic markers.

I used the Scallop Circle Nestabilities and some more Bo Bunny Welcome Home paper to embellish the background of my card.

I embellished the card with Stampin' Up Scallop Edge Punch,  some miscellaneous ribbon from my stash and some stick on pearls from Kaiser Craft. I also used my sewing machine and white thread to stitch around my image and the outside of my card.

I used my computer to create the sentiment then punched it out with 1 3/8" circle punch. I then used some more Early Espresso cardstock and the 1 1/2" circle punch to create a mat for the sentiment.

Rhylan's Birthday Invites

This week I have been at home sick with the girls. Rhylan is the worst out of all of us, so I have been able to work on getting the last bit of prep work for my classes done, as well as finished all of Rhylan's Birthday invites. It has been a very productive couple of days.

I tried to keep Rhylan's invites as simple as I could. I sometimes tend to get carried away with things and then after about the first 5 I realize how dumb of an idea I had. I am really happy with how these ones came out.

On the front of the invite I used Bo Bunny's Double Dot Paper and some purple cardstock for the base. I used the same purple cardstock for my photo mat. I used my cricut to cut out the number one from some sticky paper then used some purple ultra fine glitter for a burnished velvet technique on the number one. The front on the circle I made with Adobe Photoshop and then printed it out on the same Bo Bunny cardstock as before. I used my 1 3/8 cycle punch to punch out the pink circle and my 1 1/2 circle punch to make a purple mat for it. I added some purple photo corners with a EK success punch and finished it off with two purple Bella Blings.

The back side is made using the Stampin' Up Design Studio and the printed out with my printer on pink cardstock. The cupcake was created with the Design Studio and printed along with my information.

Everyday Enchanted Happy Birthday

My Stamping Six group got together this week and we made this card. I got the inspiration while surfing my new found love "Pinterest". If you haven't checked it out yet, you should do so. It is a great place to get inspirations and ideas for everything from crafts, to DIY projects to even movies to see or books to read.

For this card I used the Sell-a-bration paper pack "Everyday Enchantment" and the Postage Stamp Punch from Stampin' Up to create a quilted background look. I also used the embossing folder to give the paper the look and texture of fabric. The words "Happy Birhtday" on the banner is from "Bring on the Cake" stamp set and stamped with Calypso Coral ink. The bow is made with Marina Mist Tafetta ribbon and accented with a bit of Lucky Limeade Oragnze from the Sell-abration Ribbon and Brad kit. The "4 you" tag is from the "Tiny Tags" stamp set and is punch out with the Jewlery Tag Punch. The hat pin is from my LSS DAT'S Scrapbooking.

Stamping Six February Card

I am sad to say that tomorrow I return to work after being off for just over a year for maternity leave. It has been a wonderful time off but I guess it is time to get back to the real working world. Because my time is going to be limited I have been working like crazy to get 6 classes and two stamping groups prepped. I am proud to say that I have managed to get most of it accomplished. I have prepped for my two stamping groups and 3 of my 6 classes are totally prepped.

The above card is for my up coming stamping six group. I used the new Everyday Enchantment paper from the Sell-a-bration catalogue, a well as the new Edgelits from the Occasions Mini Catalogue. I also used the Square Lattice Embossing folder to add some texture to the card. I used "For My Wonderful Mother" stamp from the Delightful Dozen Stamp Set, but any sentiment stamp would work in it's place. I was thinking it could even be a birthday card or thank you card.

ENJOY!!!
